Time: At dawn, each day. ????
Members: People with no or little fighting experience. No children, teenagers and adults only.

Name: Ash Ketchum (pkmn_hero)
Weapon/Meister: Weapon. Guardian Glove. Form not known to Shang and Mulan.
Experience and abilities: Pretty agile, fast and has very high stamina, stubborn and good at thinking out of the box strategy wise. Can be a bit oblivious on somethings. Has been getting outside training from Laura.
Other notes: Because he is little and not particularly masculine (like Ping), both Shang and Mulan have assumed that he is actually a girl pretending to be a boy.
Name: Heather Mason (not_her_path)
Weapon/Meister: Meister (Abilities Unknown)
Experience and abilities: Survivor. Can use anything as a weapon. No official experience.
Other notes: Ability to be a soldier currently unknown, but has potential as a fighter.
Name: John Watson (stalwartcane)
Weapon/Meister: Weapon, Swordcane
Experience and abilities: Former army surgeon, so he DOES have some basic training. Can shoot guns, can bludgeon people with a cane rather effectively, can manage some fisticuffs, excellent arm and shoulder strength. He limps, though. And he has not kept very fit in the past few years so he is not as athletic as he once was before getting shot in the war. Also, he is 40. He will not manage the Pole.
Other notes: Much too old to be a conscript.
Name: Lisa Garland (notmytomorrow)
Weapon/Meister: Weapon form currently unknown.
Experience and abilities: She likes to die a lot and come back. A lot. Three times a lot. I'm thinking she took a few self-defense classes since that was popular in her time, but she's probably got nothing on anyone else ever ever. She's tall, jogs, and is in general good shape if that means anything at all.
Other notes: Unstable. Clearly not well in mind. Most likely not soldier material.
Name: Miranda Lotto (clock_chime
Weapon/Meister: Weapon. A fob watch with time-restoration and shielding abilities.
Experience and abilities: Good at running, and that's about it. Clumsy.
Other notes: Highly nervous. Not warrior material.
Name: Naoto Shirogane (yasogami_prince)
Weapon/Meister: Weapon Form Unknown
Experience and abilities: Quick and agile. Can use a pistol (not much good here :/ )
Other notes: Clearly intelligent from his activity on the communicators. Has potential.
Name: Sakata Gintoki (silverspooning)
Weapon/Meister: Weapon of amazing spoonage. But he doesn't know this.
Experience and abilities: Quick, agile, strong, powerful, persevering, friendly, and lazy. He actually misses morning exercises in Japan. This would be good to get hislaziness blood running.
Other notes: Possibly insane.

Weapon/Meister: Are they a weapon or meister, and what form/abilities/whatever they have. If your character doesn't know this, or wouldn't let Shang and Mulan know this for whatever reason, please make a note or it. (Mostly Shang and Mulan won't really be teaching you guys anything relating to this, but, you never know. It might come up if you suddenly transform in the middle of training or something.)
Experience and abilities: Yeah, this is the beginners class - but if they have some ultra-basic fighting skills, just note it here. It'll also be useful to note any combat relevant-abilities they might have - like, are they very agile, do they seem to be well-disciplined, are they good at tactics, etc. Course, the complete absence of any useful abilities, or traits which would make someone worse at fighting will also be useful.
